Hi, I’m Alan. I am an Ecommerce Lead based in Sheffield with a passion for creating things – whether that’s custom Shopify stores, exciting walking routes, or a great vegan meal. Platform Migration & Strategy: I recently led the transition of our online store from a resource-heavy Magento 2 environment to Shopify Advanced. By researching and implementing custom app solutions and advanced features, I successfully replicated complex B2B/B2C functionalities while moving maintenance and enhancements entirely in-house.

Performance & SEO: My approach is data-driven, focusing on Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and search visibility. I manage our SEO-focused content to ensure a consistent flow of high-quality traffic.

Creative & Content Production: I bridge the gap between “the back end” and “the customer.” I handle the end-to-end creative process, from product photography and graphical assets to collection curation and promotional campaigns.

Full-Stack Management: As a solo operator, I am responsible for the entire digital ecosystem—managing site speed, security, app integrations, and day-to-day site operations without reliance on external agency support.
